Is there a waiver form?
Yes, all players must mandatorily carry the Waiver form. It's an adventure sport and to ensure everyone's safety, all participants have to sign the waiver form. For jumpers under 18 years of age, the form must be signed by their parent or legal guardian along with the age proof. So get ready to unleash your adventurous spirit and dive into the exciting world of adventure sports in Chennai!
Can disabled people participate?
Yes, you can definitely participate in adventure sports in Chennai with a disability. All of our events are now fully accessible for those with special needs thanks to our specially designed, adaptable equipment and standardised procedures. Please get in touch with us so that we can better accommodate your requirements. We have highly trained and experienced professionals who can help you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Can someone else use my Adventure area ticket?
No. Our tickets are all single-use only. You'll get a wristband during check-in that indicates your payment to the staff. You can only use the wristband once; sharing it is not an option.
Is a mask required for my child to enter the play area?
Yes, a mask is required for your child to enter the adventure sports play area. In spite of the fact that the Department of Health's recommendations are in flux, we recommend that you always wear a mask while you're indoors. To ensure the safety of the children, all of our employees have been immunised and have had booster shots and they will all be required to wear masks when inside the building. We understand that your child is eager to have a thrilling and exciting experience, but we kindly ask that you also be mindful of the importance of taking necessary precautions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Is the adventure arena open when it's raining?
Yes, the adventure area in Chennai is open on rainy days! We offer a variety of thrilling and exciting adventure sports, regardless of the weather. Rain or shine, we're here to stay!
