Can someone else use my Adventure area ticket?
No. Our tickets are all single-use only. You'll get a wristband during check-in that indicates your payment to the staff. You can only use the wristband once; sharing it is not an option.
Is a mask required for my child to enter the play area?
Yes, a mask is required for your child to enter the adventure sports play area. In spite of the fact that the Department of Health's recommendations are in flux, we recommend that you always wear a mask while you're indoors. To ensure the safety of the children, all of our employees have been immunised and have had booster shots and they will all be required to wear masks when inside the building. We understand that your child is eager to have a thrilling and exciting experience, but we kindly ask that you also be mindful of the importance of taking necessary precautions. Is the adventure arena open when it's raining?
